Warranty claims are very simple in both honda and toyota case. I claimed quite a few times and its always easy provided documentation is complete, but warranty limit was an issue initially

Absolutely wrong mate.

The issues are mostly pre FL which are addressed by changing parts by Honda free of cost. . Not every car has this issue.

New car has ni issue and once you buy, any issue is covered in warranty.

As much as people like to think it, the percentage of population buying cars in Pakistan is quite small. It won't have as much of an impact as you think.

It's on the contrary, when every car sold in the country will be a CBU as you are suggesting. To discourage outflow of $ for importing every car as CBU the gov't will raise duty and taxes on them. The net effect of it will be negative for both buyer and gov't. The only way to end this problem is increase localization and the quality of localization.

Imports are big NO to the economy. I don't see any decrease in car purchases regardless of price. Pakistanis cry more than the pain generally, thats why we are having the most incompetent management in country

Yea there are issues but most of them are resolved and if they appear will be covered under warranty. people who are saying it doesnt occur after FL are not correct it does but relatively low probability.

I used to think the same but my friends turbo RS 2021 steering got busted so no going with him on monday to replace also will take my 2017 civic x along shayad meri bhi suni jaye

So 3 yr warranty is useful now . This is the 1st case i have heard as we have now many cars in community over 50k driven since 2019 FL

Aoa. Can someone please confirm/compare the exact differences between Oriel and the base ivtec? As far as I know its the sunroof, fog lights, retractable mirrors, and alloys with a price diff of approx 250K.

Any other differences?

Not really, i find it to be a perfect mix of comfortable and predictable, this is coming from someone who has done 16-18 hr non stop drives, the only thing which used to make me uncomfortable was the seats (the cushioning itself although my cloth seats were still far superior than the awful leather ones) after like 10 hrs or 1,000 km nonstop whichever would come first

Its not bad its stiff vs corolla. There is difference between bad and different. Its about taste and choice. 12th gen corolla will have multilink and will not be so soft like current one as well

I want to change my Civic X tyres , i know its been discussed a lot of time, and before posting i went through multiple discussion on the forum, but though couldn't get my answer. Im looking for tyres which have less noise and comfort/soft drive. My commute is highway+uneven rural roads. Please suggest tyre other than Advan DB.

I m using primacy4 in civicX. Silent and super grippy. AdvanDB is just silent but cornering gets compromised and u never know of an emergency so michellin is the superior one.. prices are insane though now
