Cat's life depends a lot on mileage and tuning too. Our Civic's cat had to be replaced around 160k even though it was a 2018 model.
I called tracking world once a year ago they asked for 5k to update the maps.
Actually it's inside the door gaurd, so nothing is visible outside.There's just a hole down the door gaurd and that's about it.

I have civic 2018 1.8 and just recently faced the infamous steering rack issue. Although the issue is not as severe as I have read here, but still i would like to get it addresses asap. Since its out of warranty since long, can anyone please share contact details of any PRO AND EXPERT mechanic who can get this fixed in KARACHI? I am new here and dont know anyone. JazakAllah.
If budget allows go for a new steering rack
Otherwise get it re-greased from a well known mechanicDont know any good mechanic in karachi as im based in Lahore
I got it changed with 6 months warranty u can contact car wheels auto care gulistan e jauhar
If I remember correctly, Honda replaces the steering rack even for cars out of warranry given that it has not been replaced already.
Bro getting a new one is out of budget. I have heard new one is above 200K now as per Honda.

i have civic x oriel ug 2022 feb model was one of the last produced civic x and driven around 7-8 k km only i am thinking about exchanging it with honda hrv is it a good idea?

even though hrv doesnt have cruise control which is a deal breaker but i always wanted kind of a mini suv like peugeot 2008 or hrv top variant due to its height and all
I would advise you to take test drive first. It is compact and good enough but you mught miss Civic later. Sonbetter drive ut first
