What was diagnosis?

Throttle body had blackish carbon in it and it wasnt closing properly. That's what they said but after cleaning it the issue got resolved.

My facelift X has a tyre rim that got damaged due to getting hit hard in a pot hole. It's lost its circularity. The car is under insurance and a claim has been approved but I am unable to find a brand new rim from any 3s dealership in Islamabad or Lahore citing import closures.
Does anyone here have any idea which place would have it? I don't wanna buy from other than honda 3s for fear of counterfeit Chinese variants.

@jklodhi brother, please share if K&N lifetime filter is worth it? or should just stick to OEM disposable air filter? Given the condition of Pak roads, and once in a month have to travel KHI and back to ISB.

I wrote about K&N filters on Honda City forum. Sharing it here

In the long run, they are much cheaper because they could be washed and reused. You must use K&N cleaner to wash them and oil them before use. The downside is they don't filter as effectively as the stock filter. This is done intentionally because it's a performance air filter. It allows more air to pass at the expense of less filtration. More air going in the engine will result in more power. You may get a slight increase in acceleration and fuel economy. Personally I don't like to use it…

They mentioned 97-99 percent efficiency, but they didn't mention the microns on which this efficiency was tested.
As an example, a filter is 99% efficient at 20 microns, but its efficiency will not be the same at 15 or 10 microns. So this percentage is vague until or unless microns are mentioned.

Engineering Explained did an interesting experiment comparing OEM, K&N and aftermarket filters. The results were interesting

Brother actually I am a detailing enthusiast and often have keera to know everything regarding cosmetical side.

Personally I am in karachi so have no personal experience with protek but alot of my customers are very satisfied from their job.

Though they have rough attitude and expensive but end results do justice
