I just got to know from Honda Head Office in Lahore that the delivery of vehicle has been delayed for a month and now my delivery date of 31st Jan will be extended to 28th Feb.

It will be delayed for a month as per Honda headoffice in lahore. They are sending another letter in this regards.

if you are to have delivery later this month or after with improved suspension setup than 17" wouldnt hurt as such as reported by civix x owners of 2016 model. my recommendation is 225/50/17 for looks. best of luck!!! otherwise honestly for 1.8l - tyre size upgrade will hamper performance.

I also thought the same that going upsize will hamper the performance of the car.
But belive me it all depends upon the quality of wheels and tyres you buy and how well you choose your size of tyre.
I changed from 195-65-15 to 215-50-17 with lenso genuine light weight wheels. And my acceleration is smooth and the ride quality is very comfortable and using michelin primacy 3 made in germany are giving me a comfortable and most fuel economical ride. It is green X rated in terms of fuel economy. Is sporty and comfortable at same time.

So all depends on the quality of wheels. If you use 3rd quality wheels with low rating tyres. Ride quality will hamper.

My source of information is Honda Atlas Head Office Lahore.

My car was scheduled to be delivered on Jan 31st, 2016, as per the online portal and the letter received from Honda Atlas.

However, I called them up last week to get update on the delivery of my 1.8L Oriel. The representative told me that my Vehicle will now be delivered on Feb 28th and the new letter shall dispatched for delay in delivery.

Are they going to compensate you for the delay or just suffering the delay for one more month?

So called Honda Head office to check with them about the delivery of my car, they guy said that its due in feb (it is still showing 31st march on the portal tho) and you should make the balance payment asap, whereas dealership didnt know sh*t about the delivery of my car and said the same that make the balance payment. Do the customer have to inquire and check on with the factory for the delivery ? i mean what the dealerships are doing?
Anyways will be making the balance payment asap. fingers crossed.

Today I called my dealer (Honda Quaideen) and the representative informed me that the delivery of my vehicle will be delayed for 10-15 days. (Previously, it was scheduled to be delivered on Jan 31st and now it will be delivered by Feb 15-20, 2017.
