Been 1.5 months now. Car has gone for its first Honda checkup at 1 month mark, asked Honda people not to polish it. No swirl or any other type of marks. Dust doesn't stick to it that much because of the ceramic polish but there is buildup of it when I park it so I just use micro fiber cloth to clean off the dust. Been washed only once with regular car shampoo, hydrophobic quality of the ceramic pro is noticeable.

Yes need to protect it from dust during application created a temporary tent around my car using old car covers, setting period is critical.
Applying the ceramic coat isnt too difficult but since its a permanent top coat, its best that you have some paint correction done to remove minor defects and swirls left over by Honda. So would highly recommend using a pro. Listed the number of the guy I used, can phone him for a quote for the application he charges very reasonable.

Dear Friends,
Am I the only one to notice that my civic auto side mirrors don't close with equal speed or you can say with equal timing. Left side close faster then the right one.
I went to Honda Fort Lahore for first checkup and I told them this issue but the warranty guy said its normal in civic and there is no solution to this so far.
Anybody notice this thing ?

My Vitz behaves like this quite often. I think when you operate the mirror manually by hand, this will happen.

The same thing happens with my Altis CVTi too. Left opens faster than the right one. Right one takes about 0.5 seconds more.

it is suppose to be like this in almost every car. It is because the right mirror has more distance to cover while folding than the left one. The mirrors are not symmetrical. the right one opens more than the left. It is the exact opposite in LHD cars. Its the same in my 9th gen civic too and it is suppose to be like this.

Detailing crew is a rip off. I got my car detailed last year, didn't negotiate or bargain, paid what ever they asked for the detailing job, left the car with them for 2 days so they don't have to rush, but they still did a terrible job. They didn't even touch the sunroof, it was full of dust/dirt when I opened it after bringing it home. The poor cleaning staff does the whole job. They had a knowledgeable guy (don't remember his name) but he doesn't work there any more.

They don't even know what detailing is, they just do wax and polish and that's it, detailing done. If you wan't anything done there, don't leave the car, get everything done in front of you.

Not possible. Cover more distance for the electricity to travel from battery to motors inside them. Electricity has a speed of 3x10^8 m/s and the time difference to travel from a left or right motherboard will be not even in nano seconds.

This difference is due to the feedback sensor installed in the motor compartment. May be when we try to move it by hand, we disturb the position of threads and so one of the mirror motor takes time to come to its original torque. These are high torque motors with actuator sensors to find out the extreme positions. In Short it may be a Servo Motor used for positioning.

I meant while folding, the right mirror has to cover more distance, the mirrors are not symmetrical.
the motor speed is constant, and hence there is a delay. It is like this in almost every car I have checked, right hand drive.

there are Hundreds youtube tutorials to make ceramic/glass coats
search for those its just a 1 hour job

Can anybody tell, in leather package is there any fabric underneath the seat leather covers or its just directly stitched to the seat cushions?

hmmm....means if anybody has got any kind of cut on OEM leathers then he cant remove that leather..has to cover it up by after market seat covers .......anybody else who firmly knows??

Guys can anyone tell how can i from settings of multimedia in 1.8 turn of video so no video plays from cd or usb it only plays voice like in grande it has drive mode when ever you play video it says video wont play drive safe and sound plays only

I have the same query. Want to use the default app for video but doesnt play videos.

Have a work around you can use. Downloaded and installed google play apk and then installed MX player app and couple of other apps from play store. If you dont want to install play store then can download and install mx player apk, easy to find just do a search on google.

But still looking to find a way to use the default app for videos.

Ok so only the problem is nut. Nut is missing there....i think you have replaced the seat covers of ur car coz for replacing the seat cover one has to detach the lever..n e ways thats not a big prob bro you can do it by urself just buy a nut of same thread...but be careful while tightening it coz the washer type spring would be attached behind that nut which has quite sharp edges....have you got that washer or that is missing too??...

i did not get the covers replaced. they were factory leather ones. The bolt is inside the lever and i have no washer.

Well.. if you dont have washer with you then you have to get it fixed from the honda showroom/dealer. Forget about the warranty if they are not giving you....get it fixed it wont be an expensive thing..just a washer and nut.

When ever I insert a dvd its starts playing video and only want the sound are there any settings for it
