Don't Know about oriel but awaiting my turbo with delivery date of 31st March. Booked through Honda Avenue, Islamabad and after having asked them about when to expect the car delivery, they have unfolded a rather very disappointing situation and told me that they have customers waiting for Civic turbo deliveries with due dates of 28 February and still Atlas has not dispatched the cars as there was some sort of delay in Civic's production process due to some reason which they either don't know or reluctant to disclose.( IMHO that is most probably due to some supply chain issues or possibly due to poor production speed as they have to cater for several different variants over the same single assembly line and also there are rumours about some technical issues being taken care of with the help of foreign engineers and turbo engine being fine tuned). Anyways no one knows for sure why the delay is for but one thing is for sure Atlas is not able to keep up with the current demand and since it is doing nothing to build up it's production capacity so it's only making things worse.
Dealership also told me that they are expecting the cars to be despatched by the end of this month and deliveries possible in early April, but again that is just their guess work and nothing is for sure until and unless they receive a despatch note confirmation from the Atlas.
I think oriel is no exception to that and it has been a victim of Atlas's poor production speed as they are now even in the process of BRV production on the current assembly line which is only making things worse for the customers who have paid in full and already waiting since months and as they say " Aagay dorr aur peechay chorr" I think atlas is doing the same with its customers by just making more and more money and not delivering in time.
