If u want to go in the tiny details then yes it is not true keyless entry but rather remote controlled central locking with alarm...
In that case i would not call 10th gen to be keyless as well because u need to have the keyfob in ur pocket. Truly keyless would be something like fingerprint where a key is not required at all anywhere
The point being when 9th gen was being sold it was marketed as keyless entry and now with 10th gen its advertised as smart entry and push start

Key-less entry and smart entry are two different things. And yes 9th gen has key-less entry whereas 10th gen has smart entry which is not so smart.

The jerk you feel when you take off your foot from gas pedal may be CVT related thing. My son's Passo with the CVT also has the same behavior. In my car the brake hold also seemed to be temperamental until I noticed that it is interlocked wit the seat belt. If you put on the seat belt on and then engaged the brake hold it works every time.

My wife who is the owner of this car thinks it is the best feature of the tenth gen Civic

i believe what the word 'keyless' implies is that you do not need to physically posess the key in your hand to open the door of your car.. its keyless in the sense that you have the key or fob in your pocket but a sensor in your key and in the car detects each others proximity and lets you enter the car by placing your hand on the door handle and that small black button in the handle, hence you have entered the car keyless. ofcourse it has to be in your pocket atleast to make it work. in other words its keyless by cutting out the traditional act of reaching into your pocket to take out the key to open the door of your car.

i havent yet seen a car which is truly keyless as you suggest. there has to be a key or fob of some sort even in advanced German cars. if Atlas marketed the 9th gen as keyless then im confident to say they were just misguiding customers.

It was there from the very first day bro which you didn't noticed earlier. I booked on 2nd feb and tentative delivery date of my civic x oriel is 31st July latest by is there from the very 1st day.

I had seen many people here who paid full payment on booking and got delivery after 5-6 months but neither paid back a penny in lieu of late delivery

@qwertypoiu I backed @arkhitekt on my personal experience. I bought 2004 model xli in 2015 july @ 970k but invoice price was 849k, Chevrolet joy @ 570k after 1 year and 7k km on odo while invoice price was 520k and this year I sold my Gli @ 1945k which i used for 12 months and 6k on odo now waiting for oriel delivery because I didn't found any thing below 2850k in market which is 250k higher than invoice price.

I always bought and sold cars over invoice price even if they were 10 year old and this is not resale value major cause behind it is inflation.

that is true for 2005-2007 Mushraff times, now cars depreciate about civic everyone was running after turbo and waiting period was for 5 months so less used car was going on own and above invoice, now no turbo and 5 months wait for oriel and same own factor for that.
tell me how much is civic/corolla 2012-14 is selling for ? above invoice price?

You should vist the market, gli 2012 invoice price was below 16lac but now owner/sellers of 12 models are demanding about 16lac.

My mehran 2005 was invoiced at 299k after ten years I sold at 370k, Chevrolet invoiced at 556k after one year I sold at 570k that was totally out of market but in one year the price was escalated from 556k to 634k, my xli 2004 was invoiced at 849k and after 11 years I sold at 970k, gli 2016 invoiced at 1780k and after one year means feb 17 sold at 1945k and my father's Yamaha 100 1982 model was invoiced at 8k and after 30 years in 2012 I sold at 14k.

Now after 100% confirmation that Grande is having more low end torque and pick up..... Oriel owners thinking of getting their cars modified to increase power.......Kamal hai bhai... Yani Abb Unichip Karwa kay Stock Grande ki mazeed matti paleet karein gay sary mil kay........28 to 29 Lac approx ki Gari ki Warranty void kar kay......Its the same thinking like the Owner of white Oriel which burnt in Gujranwala.....Just to improve the asthetics.....pori gari jalwaa li......and everybody here knows that as an example if you install some after market electrical thing and get an issue of mechanical type then dealers straight away refuses warranty although the warranty thing not relates to that after market modification.

It means Grande enthusiasts must also go to UNICHIP typo after market mod for some extra kick along with suspension tuning......hahahaha........Then civic lay kay itni pain lenay ki kya zaroorat thi........Its Ego that no body here will accept and do not think that WHY???........HONDA LAUNCHED .......2.0 NA DOHC Earth Dream Engine 158 BHP with kamal low end torque instead of 1.8 i-vtec SOHC in this new body structure.......Bhai Honda Enthusiast should condemn the launch of 1.8 civic in Asian region and should promote 1.5 L new technology..... Agar majority 1.8 Owners condemn kar detay tou Turbo ki quality address ho jatti in a right way.

A car enthusiast will and should always prefer better and latest technology like the 1.5 Turbo.....

There are some prerequisites of keeping a Turbo equipped cars of any brand...and it should be kept in mind that Turbo engines are sensitive and need care whether its a BMW, Audi or any. Their de-ration factor depends on the quality of fuel, ambient temperatures & altitude.
There are some enthusiast owners of Turbo here who are having no problem with their cars as they know when and how to handle technically in Pakistani available environmental factors.

To summarize it shortly Honda is innovative put the latest technology without extensive R & D immediately and then over time remove flaws and glitches where as Toyota as a company is conservative in introducing new technology and introduce new tech after extensive R & D and tests.

Dont know which forum you have been reading but let me summarize :

1. Oriel owners looking into unichip are those who couldn't get the turbo due to its production halting.
2. Unichip is a verified and well respected company, I haven't heard any complaints from their customers.
3. Even if Grande came with a 1.5 turbo engine and civic only with a normal 1.8 engine, I ( and probably most members here) would go for the civic... It is simply a class apart ...most oriel owners dont care about whether it is faster than a grande or not .. Its about the overall experience..

As for the 2.0 engine, that's not in our hands what Honda does ..so we can only work with what we have...I myself have been driving my oriel in S mode for the better part of a month...I am looking into unichip simply to make the experience even more fun, not race with a grande..

always check by pulling the rear doors whether your car is locked or not. don't take chance coz computer systems may also get hanged for sometime & that may happen to it. because of this very reason every computer carries a reset buttons which enables you to reset your system if it happens to occur like this. whenever this happens, take out manual key & it fixes with it right then..

oh bhai log don't need to pull the door at first. just keep yor hand first on the handle & it gets unlocked then pull the handle. why you people use to be in so much hurry that you can't wait for a second even for the door to get unlocked.

Or read the manual there are exceptions mentioned for times when certain functionality wont work, you need to be aware of that,
