Got my Oriel delivered yesterday Alhumdullilah! Must say the drive and designing of the vehicle is unprecedented when it comes to locally manufactured cars. Surprisingly it is even more spacious than my CL9. Can't compare it with Corolla in any sense.

Congrats bro! You will be disappointed with its power (as compared to CL9). Pretty much everything else though, is going to be awesome! And yes, interior room is definitely more than CL9.

Yes meezan give early delivery without any additional cost.

Best part of meezan is that they don't charge withholding coz they registered the car in the name of bank so you won't have to pay the registration + withholding and you will only pay the transfer fee after clearance from the bank which will be very low as compared to initial registration + withholding tax.

I am absolutely Sorry if the owner of this car is reading this but dude you should have changed the rims instead. What you have done has in my opinion literally degraded the car. I wonder what you were thinking. Sorry if my opinion is horrible to you but thats what I think. I just couldn't help take this picture and share it. This is looking seriously ugly.

The designers probably went through a whole lot of numerous designs before finalising black accented rims to compliment the curves and stance of this car. I initially didn't like the oem in the pictures as well but the day I saw them in person I realised they are perfectly suited with this car. They give a futuristic non standard/ordinary effect, like different.

These are looking like fake cheap rims. In 16s oem compliment this car the most and even 17s those oem Turbo/Touring rims look absolutely stunning. A friend has them on his car, imported from Australia and they got killer looks.

Yeah thats the case with all car leasings and Islamic leasings. WHT is to be paid by owner in case of a finance where the car is registered in the name of owner and bank marks a stamp on all documents so he can't sell it without clearance and bank noc of removing lien (like mortgage)

In leasings the car stays in the name of lender.

Today, when I started my oriel, airbag light showed up for like 2-3 seconds and went away. Is it alright or do I need to visit Honda?

Absolutely right. It was one of the major reason for me to go for this car might be insane for you people but thats true I fell in love with the rims of civic x and vezel from the day one. You can say it love at first sight. Otherwise I was purely a Toyota guy and this is my 1st non Toyota.

I booked my oriel on 2nd feb and tentative delivery date is 31st july but one of my friends applied through meezan bank in the end of march. The approval process took one week and once he paid the advance he got delivery on the 3rd day. So imo he made the better choice. On my calculations. He paid 70% 16.5 lac in advance and leased for 4 years in which he has to pay a sum of 30 lac but he is going to clear the rest amount within a year so he would have to pay a total 28 lac in this case. Now came to the calculations. 2585500 is the invoice rate with navigation and fright. Add 150k wht as non filer it will be 2735500+ 100 k for insurance + tracker 2835500 and than 300k was premium in march for instant delivery so by ading up these total will be 3135500 and if you add 90k for registration you will end up at a sum of 3225500 in case he got it on payment he would has to pay this much but now he paid only 1650k and rest if he will pay in 4 years he will pay a total of 30 lac and in case of 1 year he will only pay 28 lac which is far less than those who got it without lease. I am disparated myself not to opt for it.

With AC in local moderate traffic of Lahore and a medium foot. Version 1.8 Oriel

(Checked manually as well and the trip computer figures are precisely close)
