I got 17.3-17.5 at 120-130 km/hr on motorway . Turbo is a very good package of economy and power.

Yes..nd i hope to get 16 around...its bettr than 1.3 xli which hardly gave 12 around...
One more thing how to change gear in auto transmission during driving like frm D mode to S or L

16 is easily fetch able on highways.

Simply press the gear lever button and switch to desired transmission mode. But L has no major purpose unless traveling steep downhill slopes

Alhamudililah finally got my civic oriel. Although i m still sad i booked turbo. But after production problem had to change. I already paid full amount for turbo. So when i changed to oriel got in 12 days.

How much islamabad registeration cost. I m not a filler but there z no transfer. And also i m not residence of islamabad.

Registration charges are around 60k for Isb.

But I am not sure if you can get Isb registration due to non resident . They would need ID card, or some other reference for address.

Not sure if you will be able to register the car in Islamabad if you are not a resident. Check around for a way around this. My ID card has permanent residence of Islamabad but having just the present address as Islamabad may also work but not sure.

Anyhow, for non filer registration cost that you will pay at the ETO office in Islamabad is:

Registration fee 52900
Motor Vehicle tax: 384
Income tax: 15000
Smart card price:1500
Number plate fee: 1300
Total: 71084

Note: Take a lady along with you. Things go faster.

Every thing is possible here. How do you think other owners from Punjab are registering from Islamabad bro? After the luxury tax on imported cars in Punjab almost all owners are getting their cars registered from Islamabad while being in Lahore.

Chaai Paani lagta hai (on a lighter note: even in Ramzan... lolz) and the agent manages to prove and create documentation for this expedition. That's what they take the charges for. Everything is possible in this country.

You can switch to any gear anytime except reverse which i never tried but i assume it never engages on moving.

I did it .
Of course I didn't to it on purpose but this was on my JDM alto.I was going around 40-50 km/h and somehow I put the gear lever in R,suddenly the car shuts down itself and doesn't start.after some secs the car starts up and is normal to drive.
if you are driving at a high speed and quickly put the gear from D to L or 2 the car wont change gears because if it does it will exceed the engine's Red line and cause extreme damage.
Result: Auto transmissions are fool proof systems which have safety switches to prevent damage to the car.

There might have been some safety systems in JDMs, youtuber AutoVlog showed it as well but I dont think PKDM civic has the reverse safety switch.
I gave 9th gen civic to a person who had never driven an auto before and he accidentally shifted to reverse while driving and there was a loud grinding noise.
