I did that the same way. I got the PO made from one of my clients bank account as he had to pay me. So instead I told him to make a PO for Atlas directly, to avoid undue transactions. This was last year when I booked and the requirement was simply a PO favoring Atlas, customer name wasn't required to be mentioned on the PO back then.
But now that can't be done. As per new rules, now the PO you submit has to clearly mention AC Customer name as well in title after Honda Atlas like Honda Atlas Cars Pak Ltd AC Arkhitekt and customer name if has to be mentioned on a PO by a bank, obviously that will be for the account holder from whose account the PO is being made.
Only then the car can be booked if customer name is mentioned on PO. My brother recently booked as well and I couldn't get his payment done from my account. Honda didn't accept that. New policy is: same person can book who gets PO made from his account. This has probably something to do with filer non filer thingy and dealerships mixing up POs or misusing them to delay bookings maybe. Same policy is now strictly being followed by all car companies. Offcourse there are loopholes in this as well and in Pakistan safarish ho toh sab ho sakta hai, but by the book the procedures are now being streamlined.
