Brother the procedure involves claying, machining with compound, machining with glazes then waxes and compromises paint top layer a lot more where as hand application waxes do not hurt paint surface in comparision apart from other pros cons....

Im using karcher k2 with foam lance then wax with meguairs gold class the reason im going for such coating is once my car cleaner wipped off dust from his old shirt it had a button on it which made some lines and swirls all over the trunk pillars and bonnet i want to get those removed so someone suggested me to go for glass coat.

Bro does it necessary to compound, well claying can be done it is not difficult need to be wet.

Bro khurram bhai mentioned the compunding and claying. These are paint preparation steps and if you cannot do it byyourself then you need pro.otherwise @khuram2703 will guide about claying and compounding
In my opinion you can skip these step as car paint is new.because it will eat clear coat in mm. You are also new in detailing.

Hello guys, can anyone kindly tell me how much time does Honda take normally to fix the steering rack issue? From the claim to the actual replacement how many days are required.

Just a quick update for everyone having steering issues. I went in for a similar steering noise claim today which was registered by the dealership. Got some interesting feedback from the warranty guy as well. Apparently, a very high percentage from the replaced ones are also becoming faulty. Honda has done some R&D with their vendor and managed to find an alterate solution which involves greasing some parts in the assembly and are currently testing it on some cars. Initial cudtomer feedback after about a month's usage is that the issue was resolved.
Let's hope this materializes so that we dont have to go through the complete replacement process.

hmm...my steering rack was replaced under warranty couple of months ago....no complaint at all after that...soundless now..

My late 2016 TURBO's AC completely stopped working today, visited the dealership, upon investigation its evaporator seems to be faulty which shall be replaced under warranty , 7-10 days time frame given for repairs, FOR now it was topped up with gas so that AC could preform for the waiting period

Manager said that whole dashboard shall come off to access the evaporator for replacement 🤨🤨

I need a suggestion regarding to car registeration, i have two option available
1. Karachi
2. Islamabad
I live in karachi for job and belong to punjab. Now i want to know pros and cons of getting car register on either side.

This was one of the major fault reported in initial lots of civic x.

Token tax and other charges are near about equal in both karachi and Islamabad and about 30k more in punjab plus 10k to 15k more token charges. You have to pay an additional 15k-20k to agent if want to get it registered from Islamabad. So IMO get it registered in karachi because you are going to use it their and it will also help to avoid traffic police encounter with in sindh and at sindh Punjab border. It will also gives you better resale value in sindh and South Punjab at the time of sale.

If you will ultimately sell it in Karachi then keep Karachi registration.

If you have to move back to Punjab get Islamabad registration.

Karachi registration car in Punjab will sell 2 lakh cheaper and Islamabad registration car in Karachi will sell 2 lakh cheaper as well. So it all depends where you would sell the car in future

Heavily impacted to resale. If you will sell it in Karachi and staying in Karachi then without a shadow of doubt get it Karachi registered

Car will mostly be used on motorway and within city on normal roads..

Best dealer/outlet in twin cities. Wat is the rate these days of above mentioned tires and wat price they give for company tires.

If you have to use it on Motorway and clean roads, go for C drive or CC5. Advan is more suitable for people who want extra softness on potholes and rough patches
