i bought it from 10th generation civic parts in 4500 pkr. you can also buy from aliexpress. the guy is quite expensive but has quality parts

usually customers are getting their units one month prior their TDD, so in ur case you would probably get your car in the end of Nov or just at the start of Dec.....
