Bro generally H11 and HB3 would be hard to distinguish visually so yes, reading the text on bulbs themselves is the best way to distinguish. Maybe grips of the 2 are different, so when you go to install you will find out. If I have to make a wild guess I'll say that the ones with yellow lining look like H11 (low beam) and red lining look like HB3 (hi beam).
The connection that you remove from the OEM bulb will of course connect to the grip of these LED bulbs and the canbus (ballast like) will have to be tucked away somewhere. Maybe use strong 2 way tape to secure it or else use something like zip-tie.
