it is a confirmed HID fire hazard melted the complete thing....

LEDs even substandard ones cannot do this..... the max which happens is a premature dying of LED lamp.... thats it...

After the incident the guy might have put the old halogen back.... for insurance purposes that hey look i have the OEM lamps and i had no modification which caused this....

Bro very low. Total rim n tire are being adjusted in 40k and in rare cases 50k (Jan pehchan). Doubt the 6k figure...

Simply upgrade to 17s with BG thunder max which is way more refined now and enjoy looks and grip at the same time with less than the overhyped so called best imported tyres upgrade alone.

Tyres like Advan DB, Primacy, Dunlop LM series, etc are international models and and not market/country specific OEM tyres. If you show our village roads to any tyre manufacturer's representative, none of them will confirm any of their tyres to be fit for our roads.

There are worse roads in some parts of middleast, latin america, russia, etc. yet all these tyre manufacturers have dedicated websites to those regions.

Any "soft tyre" will be more prone to have sidewall issues. That's just basic physics. Harder sidewalls also mean more stiffer, more uncomfortable, harsher, noiser rides with more wear and tear for suspension. So what are we all driving here? Civic/Corollas or Porsche 911 GT3 RS?

To be fair, it was extremely soft, noiseless tyre. Something which majority of people buying tyres in the market were unaccustomed to. There is a reason why it stuck on.

Can someone recommend good tyre shops or dealers in Lahore. I visited a famous one in Faisal town and he was offering best deal in both new tyres price and excjange of old ones but some how got feeling that tyres being show were not new.

Your instincts saved you from throwing your money down the drain and getting used tires made to look like brand new ones. Saif Traders is the biggest fraud in Lahore.

Totally agreed, every time I buy new tyres for my self or for a friend, we ignore Saif Traders as if it isn't even there.
