A different issue but discussed earlier on this forum.
Some of us have had Steering issue with the Oriel !.8 X generation.Initially Atlas Honda took it lightly and perhaps just greased the part to stop a tuck tuck kind of noise especially on full turn and while reversing.The problem then began to emerge on a larger scale when more cars reported with same problem.Atlas Honda than began to order the part ffrom Thailand and replacement free under warranty.I went through the exercise and was told that the part has been replaced.However there was no entry in the Warranty book or the bill as the car also under went 5000kms service.The problem has come up again and I am not sure whether they actually replaced the part or not.
My question is even if they did it should still be under warranty as the car is 18 months old.Comments/advice sought.

There is no issue. All you hear at this forum are over sensitive owners who like to discuss every single minor to major issue.

People who had issues were addressed y part replacements etc as per international practices.

This is more focused for driving pleasure . My colleagues have switched from 8th generation and all are totally in love with drive.

Well I was disappointed with 9th after 8th Gen. Could never let the 8th Gen go untill X came along. Allhamdolillah I didn’t face issues in my unit and am probably lucky because a lot of people have faced many problems which indeed are there in terms of quality in this model. But overall as a design and in terms of driving experience I am absolutely satisfied with this model. The biggest cons are horrible headlights and their power (in pre FL 2019) and the extremely uncomfortable seats specially if one doesn’t have additional aftermarket poshish with padding which I had to resort to for making it more comfortable. This is the car that broke me free from Nostalgic love of Reborn after 10 years

The smoothness, handling and driving dynamics though are an absolute treat, atleast for me

@r.farookee. Cannot relate to this issue of yours as of now but similar, as mine has done about 1300 Km's and will request to seek guidance myself. As my steering doesn't seem to be aligned straight while resting or driving for that matter. A bit tilted towards the left, as if top center resting at 11'o clock. I doubt its related to wheel alignment and more related to steering positioning itself.

I have 2018 civic driven 15000 only steering rack or assembly gets jam and makes a noise. I want to claim it at honda dealership. If anyone has done that lemme know the procedure and all.
I have michliens on my car same size so will be there an issue raised on tyres regarding claim ?
Kindly help me out. I am thinking to get it claimed from honda showroom westridge Rawalpindi.
Can we get the claim from any honda dealership in Pakistan

One thing is for sure that this Steering issue is a serious problem and can be dangerous too at high speeds.People who haven't faced it may not realise it.Anyway you must go to the dealership you bought the car from.First time around they will do it without making a fuss under warranty.I am not sure whether they will try to lump it on your tyres.It has nothing to do with tyres.Just go to the dealership and tell them about the problem and don't just take anything they say to avoid it.In all probability they will do it.However you must get it done as at a later stage the steering will tend to get jammed in a position while the car may go in a slightly different direction.

After a brief experience with FL Grande I’m moving back to Civic again so booked meself an FL Civic along with the Modulo Kit. I was wondering if anybody here opt for this option then how long did the delivery process take and how was road clearance experience.

Cruise control is not a must have item for me as I barely travel once or twice on the motorway each year.
But why not if it is easy to install since I guess brake switch with wiring is all that may be required.

Civis currently is radely avaliable at major dealerships across lahore, mine booked yesterday and tomorrow I am getting delivery. The only compromise was without navigation, on which I have good suggestion from PW members I.e. to install it later from Tracking world.

My friend sold his turbo 39k driven for just 27 lacs. It had scratches on one side but other than that it was in immaculate condition. A used turbo is the best value for money car anyone can get rn. Although it's Bad luck for current owners.

Is it necessary to go to the dealership from where i bought it. For that i have to go to sargodha. Right now i am in Islamabad. It is 270 kms from here one side.
So can i get a claim from any dealership in isb or rwp

I can imagine, for first few months it was hard getting used to the change especially height! and I did give it a good 6 months time but decided it’s time to jump shift.

Yes I paid in full 37.21 + Mod’s 99K — last week we bought one for 36.21 and I tried getting one for myself too.. but they said something about quota and that Hapcl has allowed them to bump the price from 36.21 to 37.21 starting 24th untill 29th.
