Per seat tax if applicable which i agree with you is not the case if still will become appliacable still falls under the heading of Income Tax per seat which is claimable through IT3 in Income tax return.....

The term income tax relates with the one time tax taken during first registration...

I think the error is the additional words per seat. Here is section 231 from Punjab Excise website and these are same amounts as from the past. Only the seat word is confusing now. Nonetheless this doesn’t look like token

Someone shared with me. @arkhitekt no offense sir. If i know for sure it is error than there is no debate. If it is error i hope it is to be. It is criminal negligence and clarification must be given immediately. Finance bill is signed by President.

Good for you, no ones stopping you..... I am willing to bet more than 70% of civic x's are rolling on our streets completely stock, according to some pakwheelers those cars should have had their wheels exploded by now, obviously if someone spends more he gets better ,softer and less noisy tires, but alot of people here make BG luxos to be death traps , which is hilarious.

It depends on how you look at things I suppose. For me personally I never look at my car as a depreciating asset or what it will be worth when I sell it down the road etc etc.
When I buy a car I never think about the next guy who is going to own it. I try to get the best parts for it. I do my research, make up my mind and just ignore the price I pay

A lot of my friends and family think I'm a moron and just like to waste money on a vehicle that will be sold after a few years. Honestly I don't blame them, I can understand where they are coming from.

Budgeting, finance and savings are logical things that most people understand. Passion and love are things only those who feel it will understand
