How long was the installation procedure? What it a clean job?

Unfortunately I dont know good places in Lahore. Some other fellows have to help on this. I got first time coat from Honda when purchased and second time from Technowash systems Chakwal. So no idea about Lahore. But these days coatings are getting famous and there are many available around.

One more information, coating will last for 1.5 years to 2 years max if taken care properly. If somebody will tell you 5 years life...... he will be lying.

It took 2 hours and totally clean job. After service, I did not observe any difference other than that rattling sound disappeared on full turns and did not come back since 8 months now.

Revised Honda prices after FED. Technically 5% FED instead of 10% on 1.8 meant they should have reduced 175k atleast. They just reduced 75k instead. What a mafia.

The last increase they did was as per Rupee devaluation and included 10% FED. This price revision is purely about FED and doesn’t have rupee factor in any car other than Civic either. Notice the prices of City, BRV and Turbo which are only added with 5% FED after last price list while 1.8 variants reduction is not the same from 10% to 5%

Clicking sound is early symptom of bad steering assy rack...
Take to dealerahip they will be able to better diagnose. Warranty book is necessary but in rare cases like talukat and theft they might entertain without warranty book.
It usually takes around 2-3 week for them to source the part after they accept fault/claim.

I would recommend two options in Lahore, both tried and tested.
1. Luxe auto spa (high end showroom)
2. Shiners Auto Studio (product n quality equally good but at slightly reasonable price).

Brother if this is sound during car startup. Than it is ok. It is sound of parking brake and foot brake. If you heard during friving then get it checked

In F10, only check at Shahid Autos, if he dont have then you may need to go to Chah Sultan and over there Aziz Pathan ( +92 348 5537301) have red cluster available. I bought when dollar was 125 and now it is touching 170🤣🤣

My cousin faced similar issue after 10000 km. Steering assembly was replaced under warranty (after few months wait). However, the second assembly faced the same fate even sooner (within 2-3 months) than the first one.

So at around 15000km mark, it's on third steering assembly.

But he has two Civic X and only one faced steering assembly fault.
