I travel a lot on this route since 2010, the worst in Pakistan, and for that patch, it is a great fuel average.

I agree, it indeed is among the worst places to drive in any of the main cities, specially the patch after Koral chowk (not that the rest of the route is any more conducive to good fuel economy with its slow moving traffic during rush hours).

With careful driving, and by keeping up with the flow of traffic, I get 10-11 km/l on 9th gen AT on same route. So far I am happy with the economy and the nippy acceleration this 1.5L variant has to offer. I am guessing when the engine breaks in after 5000+ kms, and if the road condition gets better (with the bypass and all), the figures will only going to improve.

Rest.... Someone here mentioned Honda letters and apologies for Turbo delay and increasing demand......

Let me just say..... Exactly the TURBO is the future..... You'll watch decreasing Oriel demand with the time and with more Turbos coming on-road....

I'm also of the opinion that if they had really offered test drives of both models from day 1 launch, anyone having tried out the Turbo would have stretched the budget by the around 300 K's "effective difference" in price tag....this is my personal feel....

The silver trim is available @2000 with Mohsin Shahid Autos.... He will TCS to you if you need.

I basically forgot the rate... It was 2000, not 2500.

And about spoilers.... Yes.... I am still in Isloo, but sadly the roof spoiler and shark fin installation today got delayed.... I wasn't satisfied with paint finishing.... Sent parts back to painter.

Tomorrow Inshallah.... And Mohsin's number to be added here. Check after 15 min. Dinner ready here....

Today i received official letter from honda atlas regarding the delivery date of 1.5 turbo booked on 17th june.I need a couple of informations from new owners.
1-is there any charges at the time of delivery in terms of "key handover"or somthing else?
2-how many numbers of papers should be collected by me at the time of delivery?
3-what are the registration charges of 1.5 in islamabad?
shall be very thankful.

You will not get delivery until you already clear all the payments through PayOrder upfront. If already paid then nothing to pay at the time of delivery

Keeping track of booking is a Must.

As in my case Honda Forte Lahore kept my already paid leftover amount of 1712k for Oriel Nav Leather in their reserve pool for 70 days and kept telling to Honda factory that my leftover payment is overdue to decline delivery of my car thrice in Aug, Sep and now in Oct ...

The unethical owners of Honda Forte Lahore enjoyed 14 Aug, 13 Sep Eid and 1,2 Oct last weekend for weddings before Moharram. And in place of my lined up car kept delivering 'out of turn' cars to their partners for extra amounts. Very mean, dishonest, unethical and cheap tactics by Honda Forte Lahore dealership.

Your post got me worried about my own order now, since I only have the dealership salesman as my point of contact. If you know any way, can you tell me how to track my booking other than the dealership. Does Honda factory have a email or contact number I can check with.

Also call Honda Factory 042 35384671 Extendion 316 and politely ask them whether your relationship number is showing clear funds or any 'outstanding amount'. In that, you can fix the potential robbery of the dealership.

The trunk spoiler will need 4 holes through your trunk lid....
