Well.... Honestly speaking... There are mixed reviews on glass coating.... I'm confused myself..

I'm of the opinion that if you do regular waxing and maintain the car with good products... There's probably no need to go glass coating it..

And... Even WITH glass coating... Knowing myself well enough... I know I won't be able to hold back my Sunday waxing urge anyway... Every week..!

Judge yourself from below... If this is "glass coating".... The car shown is my ex.... Grande, 2015...

As you can see... It really comes down to how and with what and with which dedication you do your stuff.. Glass or no glass....

i agree....then it requires total dedication....if one maintains it from start....especially cleaning nook and corners and using regular polishing.... the car maintains it shine.....and by the way how was the experience on hilly terrain ?

Honestly.... Change out bulbs only.... I am thinking of same... Else.... a 5-10k cheap China HID kit is a slap on the face of this beauty..

Yes.... If there's an original BMW HID kit around... If @50K.....I really don't know if such are available and at what cost...

U can easily buy morimoto hid kit and no it won't cost you 50k. Its not a space age technology anymore

MashAllah your white turbo looks exquisite mate. I totally agree with the rationale behind not getting glass coat done. What's the fun in just washing the car when you have an inventory of waxes?

Oh THAT experience..... In the woods and on the hills?!!!!!!!!!

Boy, boy boy boy, boy boy....... It really requires a whole REVIEW to be explained....

I returned midnight, and the car yesterday was tested in really all aspects of tough maneuvering....... It smoked out a Grande Applied For by more than a MILE in the hills!

The guy gave me what brings out the worst of Devils in me..... A "dim/full" from behind...!!! Right when I was about to overtake a Toyota Hiace..... The Grande owner wanted to overtake us both! Where? By the beginning of all those "Killer Mores" several kms afyer Kalabagh, towards Abottabad ...!!!!!!!

What followed after his annoying "dim/dull" from behind.... Since I have 16 years of snaky roads experience......... Cannot be explained in words..... A live cam would do best justice...

All I can say is... This guy is NEVER gonna challenge a Civic X Turbo in the hills and with a rider in S Mode!

To put in the fewest of words:

VSA + Turbo + S mode + Hills & Curves + Driver of a Civic X in "fun mode" = Hell-fire victory and just SCHMUCK

How accurate is the delivery time shown on the status check on Honda atlas site. My turbo x is showing 31 oct tentative delivery.

Is this date from head office letter or from internet? I have received head office letter which shows 16th oct, but net tracking shows 31st oct. I think we have the same dealer i.e.honda center the mall rwp. BTW which varient u have chosen and what is your booking date?

That's mean you have tested the S mode.
Corolla is always dangerous when the needle goes above 150,it wants to leave the ground and air borne, this does not happen in civic.

Booked the car around 20 sept , it's a turbo variant, and checked on the internet as well went to the dealer , he has the same date too on his system. I think it means that we would be getting the car any day of oct or latest by first week of Nov. But strange thing is that the dealer did not inform me for the balance payment , which I am going to make on my own tomorrow inshallah. Yes it's booked from Honda Center rwp.

Bro so you booked a turbo on 20th September and now getting the delivery in mid/end October? Did honda bring down waiting period for turbo to a month time or are you using some source?
Because a 1.8 full option civic booked on 19th September shows delivery date of 28th February/ amlost march /6 months.

Yes....in love.... But no.... Not as brand new out of the showroom.... It has 1700 kms to the Odo, so was properly warmed up and beyond the 1000 kms FFS.

Yes it seems so. It says the Smart Entry with Push Start is only in Oriel and Turbo, whereas the base model has Smart Entry.
