More the increase in rim size, lower the profile gets to stay close to same overall diameter as stock size. In 16” with 215 width the profile is 55: 215/55-16, the same 215 width in 17” is having a lower profile 50: 215/50-17 meaning the profile is lowered because it has to compensate increase in rim size
The safest option would be 17” rim size with equivalent stock setup offered by Honda elsewhere i.e. 215/50-17 without making any major difference in the drive and comfort.
I wouldn’t recommend non oem rims. Try sticking to either authentic branded rims or original honda options. Stay away from cheap replicas. Also you gotta keep the rim width in mind. There is a minimum and maximum width of tyre a certain rim width can reasonably accommodate
