Is there any fuse regarding power mirrors which might have blown?

Yes as per my knowledge, there is a fuse. Do get all the fuses checked.

Hi guys, I recently upgraded from 8th Gen Civic to 10th Gen and am still exploring the functionalities and found something new and thought to share with you. The car is stock and has theft alarm in it which is new for me in PKDM cars. To test, you can roll down the driver's side window (keep the key with you) and lock the car with your key (give it about 30 seconds to be activated) and try opening the car from the inside (driver's side) door handle which should activate the alarm. I think the location of the alarm is near trunk. Let me know if you guys found it.

AoA bhai. what is the model year of your car. the damage is not because of poor leather. It is because of the Foam which has pressed or given its hold on the lower Lumbar steel bracket of the seat. Just contact any good dealership and tell them to put you through with PROCON company (a subsidiary of Molty foam) guys who provide seats to honda. They will cover it under warranty hopefully. if the warranty has expired, they will still replace your upper Seat foam with leather cover under some affordable price.
Try to get a factory replacement as its the seat foam which has split open and the metal frame ripped through.
I had the same issue and PROCON replaced my seat.

honda.com.pk shows that 75000km/3years is the default warranty included in invoice price. I think that was done in the price hike of Jan2020. However Honda Fort(personally visited) and Honda Gateway (confirmed on phone) were still providing 50000km/2years as default as of i last checked (just before the whole lockdown situation) and are charging extra for 3rd year and 4th year warranty.

Anyone knows whats going on with that?

AOA. I tried the same technique to check the security system of my civic x few months back. It worked well. Buzzer is loud enough and it is installed at secure area of trunk; but trunk can open from outside at that time i.e. when buzzer works. I also checked operating of security system of my boss civic x.

AoA. I have a honda civic 2017 model. Recently i had an issue where i kept the car parked for about 2 weeks with power mirrors in folded position but now when i started the car and tried to unfold the mirrors from the button, there is no respose in either of the mirrors. Can anyone help? Mirror adjustment function is working fine in both mirrors.
2. There is another issue which is long outstanding and i will be obliged if any one could help in this as well. The driver side power window auto function doesn't work. The glass goes down in steps even when lowered manually by keeping the button pressed however it goes up without an issue (that too only manually) . Auto function in both ways doesn't work at all.
I bought the car in used condition so i dont know if any kind of work was done in that area. All i know is that the previous owner got some sound proofing done inside the doors and that might have created some issues

For side mirrors, check for the fuse first though chances of blown fuse is very low as the car was parked all the time but this is the max you can do by yourself....do you hear any sound after pushing the unfold button or its completely silent?...If you are not hearing anything then it must be the power problem..i mean there is no power coming to the unfold button...

for windows there are few guys who faced warranty issues regarding power windows..and they have even changed the power windows motor in warranty....it must have been checked under warranty if the problem was there for a long time...

i hope the previous owner would not have messed up with the electrical harness during sound deadening work...thats why i never like to let any kind of work done aftermarket specially anything that requires fiddling with electrical wires....

n e ways...its better to let it checked through the dealer...dont go blindly what they will say..just see with what problem they will come up..

Thnx bro...n yes there is no sound of motor or any thing while i push the button...i tried to look up for fuse diagram but cudnt find any fuse regarding side mirrors or motor...can u guide me if u know abt it...

It must be inside the interior fuse box....if you have manual then you can easily find out.

Yes, because the alarm gets activated when the car is unlocked.

It was the issue with this in the fuse box. Electrician did the simple repair and all is good.

What did he do exactly? To be on safe side when lock down is lifted go to 3S workshop and ask them to check thoroughly. Our electricians are in the habit of bypassing fuses and direct connections.

Seems like the bus bar. I doubt the window motors use so much current to require this much thick bus bar.

Hugely different, in my experience. X feels way softer and comfortable by comparison.

AssalamuAlaikum All My screen is stuck at this place in my 1.5T 2016. I have even tried resetting by the small hoĺe on corner using a pin. It keeps coming back to this

I have witnessed the same happen to me. But in my case, the side veiw mirrors along with the passenger side window and sunroof stop responding. It has happened twice and for some reason it just goes back to functioning as normal on its own. It's still a mystery to me...

it may resolve on its own, but if you want to resolve on urgent basis try disconnecting battery terminals
