Downloaded from their page..so still its under Ultra? Interesting...i think 5w-30 can be safely replaced with 0w-30. It's simply equal in viscosity against 5w-30... reviews yet to come

Yes u can use either 0w30 or 0w40...I will use 0w40 as I have tuned turbo Civic.

Big fan of this engine oil. I use this in my 9th gen. Replace it every 10k Km, along with original Honda filters. Get great mileage.

Hi everyone, I'm not very active in this forum , I have a 2018 Civic Oriel alhamdullilah. Today I made an interesting find however. I've read that some of the members here have unfortunately faced a rust issue on such a beautiful car too, and i managed to find out that Honda has a rust policy of 5 Years that they will replace the defected panel. I have not faced such an issue but anyone who might have it inform kindly inform what feedback the dealer gave? Attaching Picture

Seeing as the oldest Civic units of Pakistan will become 4 years of age in July/August, I suppose you guys should be able to take advantage?

This is not from Atlas and looks to be from Honda USA. Honda Atlas Pakistan has no warranty for rust and paint

This rust issue is present in many civics of previous generations as well.

The rust typically involves the doors and rear wheel arches (like in city/7th gen civic)

The rusting in doors is present in my 7th gen civic since the time when it was pretty new. Got it painted and coated but it re emerges after some time.

Allah ka shukar, its 18 model and steering rack, ac performance, checked doors and trims for rust and even the battery is still stock from factory

Oh that's unfortunate. So to my understanding, Honda Atlas does not facilitate customers with a rust issue whatsoever? Also, kindly inform me about AC condenser issue, If the car is slightly out of warranty will customer have to pay or will it be free of cost?

Warranty overall her local company ki bekar hai. Normally issues don't come that often .. Civic x has been an exception in some cases..so an already crap warranty system has just been exposed

It doesn’t rust like this in 3 years specially if you are not living in Karachi.

My 12 year old 8th Gen doesn’t have a single pin spot of corrosion or rust. These Civic X examples are just horrible specially when the corrosion is where there is no water contact whatsoever because its on the inner side of rubber weather strips

The owner will have to pay which is shameless on part of Atlas because such defects should be covered under a recall scenario regardless of warranty period.
