I know and it's scary to have a sudden fuel pump failure in the middle of the road. I only use PSO, Total or Shell, and that also from Defence (Karachi) area.
The good news is while I was getting my fuel pump changed, I also insisted the people at the dealership to change my steering rack (which was pending since 4 months). I explained to them that how dangerous the car has become now because of this steering rack). One of the guys at the dealership said 'aapka steering abhi nahin aya, aap gaari mut chalayien aur ghar pe khari kardien'. This got me so pissed off that I spoke to one of the heads at the dealership and upon requesting endlessly, they agreed to change my steering rack. They had two steering racks of another customers in the stock, so they installed one in my car. So thank God both the fuel pump and steering rack issues were solved in the visit. And I must thank one of the heads at the dealership who was very cooperative and understanding.
