Sir this problem mentioned by @shaffs is not the only case of fuel pump issue in Civic X, I have heard a few more cases mostly with 2019 cars and on some digging through a few owners I personally inquired the same from a contact I have in the service department of a known 3S
Fact of the matter is: there has been a certain lot and some hundreds of cars from 2019 which have been fitted with wrong fuel pumps meaning the part number imported was not verified and fitted in those lots which later turned out to be a wrong part. This is more of stupid blunder if you ask me. I mean how can such a thing be overlooked at a car factory 🤣
So Atlas is replacing all such reported cases also apparently. Though these 2019 cars are in any case under warranty so yes it has to be replaced but point being: Yes this is another issue added to the already existing list 
Point being: this is genuinely a mistake that has taken place at part of Atlas. Btw I am only quoting the information I was given by that contact of mine
