I am a Civic lover myself but Corolla is a better choice for our roads and harsh conditions
Both are equally good family sedans
After keeping all these three 8th 9th gen civics and new Corolla
I must say its an excellent family sedan and considering our harsh road , environment , weather and traffic conditions its the best choice for a daily driven family car ...
Yes thrill factor and top notch quality lies in civic
But that car always asks for plain smooth and ideal road conditions
I love driving my 8th gen civic and it gives great driving pleasure but i only drive it within Defence ...
Whenever i have to go to other areas i always go in Corolla
And this decade old 2nz fe 1.3 liter so called under powered engine takes 10 to 15 mins lesser than civic 1.8 for reaching karachi university for example from phase 8 DHA
Civic is fast no doubt about that but this corolla passes all broken roads of Gulshan and other areas with comfort and ease and at good avg speed
Its the best daily driven family car for Pakistan
And will always lead in sales because of this factor
Yes but its difficult for a Civic Lover to survive without a Honda Civic our respected pw member @309
Even after getting BMW 7 series in UK was missing his 8th gen civic badly lolz

For a family sedan,Axio or Premio are much better than over priced Gli. Or you can always get a hatch for family.

every one has his own preferences.. i have seen gli auto with 35000 km on odo .. owner was vvv much satisfied. previously he owned eagle eyes civic

and i have seen new civic owners are complaing about bad shape and very slow resale as they want to get New corolla due to best shape...

never compare it with reborn 1.8 ...
compare it with Honda City then you got your answer... 1.3 auto is best hit of market so far and longer delivery time..

Ditch or loose the cheap HIDs and get these installed. More visibility with an awesome cut off line, clarity and above all, technically compatible to suit your car's battery and wiring, the proper way. I'll post some photos and if possible video for you people to judge. You may not take my word for it. I now know what I've been missing all these years.

A person wants to know that how much should he need to pay to get what level of comfort. After spending around 500k and comfort level increases only 10 to 20 % , he needs to decide by reviews . Fouad bhai reviews are great to read and help people in deciding different things so people wants to know that which part of Gli is lacking to make him believe to sell his car.

No doubt the owner has explained his GLI quite well... but i guess after reading all his posts.. it has become quite obvious that the amount he has spent on modifications is not worth the value/ pleasure.

I am not just chorhing but a friend of mine who uses new rental 11th gen xlis and glis for field work and these are usually a few hundred or thousand kms driven, when sat in my Altis said the interior was way better than xli-gli and also the seat was more comfortable.

I said all Corollas have same interior he said at least he can say that 1.6 interior is better in finish and smoothness and it was more comfortable.
