i do agree with you for the most part but i do have both 2010 model gli and 2010 altis right now with me and seats have a major difference at least the fabric in 2010 model and the leather in SR variant, and the factory seats in SR altis look and feel way better than any after market solution ever wood and most importantly the ride quality has a noticeable difference as well the altis rides much better due to heavier 1.8 engine and transmission which dampens bumps, it has more overall curb weight and every little helps. the cheaper silver materials in the gli wore down way faster than the foe wooden finishes, basically every little part seems a little about better over my 5 years o of back to back ownership of 10th gen and i haven't goten to the drivetrain yet.
but still whenever i get in the altis form the gli it feels better but not a new experience you can still tell blindfolded that you are in the same model of car 90% of the time.
everybody should be happy with whatever variant they got and its needless to compare either as they are not competitors but same model and its all bout the money at the end. jitna gur utna meetha.
