I don't think we will have a 11th generation in November 2021 and that is next month . Yes November 2022 is a possibility.
As of now 11th generation is only available in Thailand as RHD and there are much bigger markets outside Pakistan and keep in mind , facilities owned and operated by HONDA themselves unlike Honda Atlas who works on CKD kits. Even in Thailand, they are just taking orders now and customer delivery are not yet fully functional.
With chip shortage, other local requirements for upgrades, I don't think an 11th generation is possible that quickly. Honda Atlas even have hard time meeting the target of City delivery of the assembly line and bringing another model around this time might not be feasible.
Well if anyone says Honda is coming in November, then it's not far, we will know about it. I don't think two generation side by side is possible from Atlas. They need to have an entire new line to operate two generations. Why someone would buy a 10th generation when 11th will also be available .. Operational and marketing wise it also don't make sense.
Yes its possible if statistics shows that 10th generation is best selling model in the country with more sales than any model in the country currently available. I believe that's not the case. With multiple issues with Civic x, it is already a local disaster. Arrival of 11th generation side by side to 10th will not work.
Lastly, honda employee sign a very strict NDA , if someone says from Honda anything, dont trust it. They are the same people who were saying 7th generation City is coming.
