I think they've changed the horn sound this time around as well, sounds different and more like a Corolla than the usual Civic horn in Rebirth and X.

Can someone guide me on this? Some acceleration videos of civic x turbo shows simulated shifts and in other vids the rpm stays at max. Why is that?

i think when in sports mode it simulates shifting, in normal it keeps the rpm constant. this is the case with civic x oriel.

Senior members, please guide me on this. This is a screenshot from the official brochure, see the marked portion. My question is, the max torque won't be available in lower RPMs in RS as compared to Oriel?

CivicX oriel had rubber band type cvt. Grande has similated shifted and turbo also had.
X1 gen has simulated shifts as well but since mostly haven’t driven so can’t comment on the differences. It was primarily the rubber bank cvt ok orielX which increased Grande sales which had much better transmission feel

Koreans csuvs have less actual features vs RS

For your information, features that exist in Tucson and do not exist in Civic RS:

Please stop projecting Civic as some heavenly car.

Relax. There is a difference in specs and features. Read ur post again and filter out the features. Space and rimnsize is not a feature. Ground clearance is not a feature, its part of crossover that negatively impacts the handling for someone who doesn’t needs clearance. Corolla has same clearance ad our csuvs as well. Adas is better than wireless charging which can be installed afterwords. Cheap of atlas to remove it actually.

Which sedan comes with electric button? Do u even understand the segments. With your understanding, shehzore should lead the pack

2.0 engine has nothing absolutely attractive as well. Tuscon had looks, sportage even lacked that.

For example, ever seen a sedan having a "Power Tailgate", or "Roof Rack" or High Ground Clearance?

FYI Ground Clearance of Sportage and Tucson appear more than it actually is compared to sedans.

Also how is "Naturally Aspirated 2000 CC engine" a feature? Civic comes without an engine?

I don't know what was Atlas guy smoking at the time of writing these specs for their brochure.

Tucson Bookings are open with June 22 deliveries.

Rest of points are subjective.

Tucson is much more comfortable especially for longer journeys. I just shared my experience, not here to fight with Civic Fan boys. I still believe Korean cSUVs are better VFM.

How is the drive of this Civic compared to 8th generation? I mean road grip, acceleration, braking etc.
And turbo.. how long can this turbo last?

Civic is a good Sedan. Relax man !!

Even if Tucson cannot cross a river, it will definitely perform better than Civic there.

You may call it a feature OR a Spec. But this is reality.

According to Suneel Munj and PakWheels in multiple reviews, NA engines are better in longer run due to less fragile nature compared to Turbo Engines.
