65 theek tha. Even 7 million would have been understandable k Chalo theek hai Yar. But 8 million plus? Bhai 8 million aur civic ka naam sath lete hue hansi ati hai. Even if I have a crore lying around, I would never buy civic at that price. Not because I don't love the car. I just think it is absolutely not worth it at that price tag. That is almost 2 million more than the launch price ? You guys realize this right ? But, civic will still sell. There is no doubt about that. Woh Bhai apko yaad Hain Pakwheels walay Jo khe Rahe the civic 1 crore ki bhi hojae Mai lunga ? Unka khuwab pura hogaya lol.

Bhai our rupee is loosing value..we had same feelings when it was launched. Cars is not getting expensive, rupee is being badly devalued

Truth always hurts mate, always does always will.
What people fail to understand that rupee is losing it's value agreed but the buying power is not increasing, people's salaries didn't increase, instead the income is decreasing.
If rupee losing it value increased everyone's income then we could say that it's fine np.
People will go to any levels to defend this decision by honda,what a shame man.
I wrote here 6 months the same statement and today it gets proved.

Mate I hope you do understand that realistically speaking Yaris/City segment cars are essentially the only cars a person needs (has AC, Trunk, & is 4 seater.

Anything above that segment is more of a hobbyist/car enthusiast buying a toy he likes best. And in such segment it just depends on how much cash a person can burn for his hobby. Coming from your train of thought, a person with City might think of your Civic X (in your profile picture) being just excessive & tag it as "Haram ki Kamai" stuff. How does that make you feel?

I've always thought of people on PW Forums as more of mature car enthusiasts & technically sound people rather than those useless & toxic facebook users, but you're dead set on proving me wrong. You don't like a car that is understandable but stooping so low to call people on Haram ki Kamai things is honestly embarassing.

People work harder as well. Not everyone lives in his comfort zone, waiting for government to feed and cover his needs. Many does hardwork and smart work as well to improve their life.. that’s not called haraam

Question? As of today, which cars fall under halal income segment? Or only civic is bought by haraam kamai? This is the worst grade of thinking i have seen in years

Alto can satisfy many and not everyone uses an iphone as well. But here we have learned that probably everyone having a new car or lifestyle has haraam source of income. This is between Allah and that person and we Pakistanis are happily judging others.

All August deliveries will be completed by the end of September. Some people might recieve it in August too.

I have an EDD of 31-Aug on PBO, did balance payment after recieving Honda text message on 26th July. Dealer told me I might get it in lasf week of August.

well i wouldnt call a civic a hobbiest car or an enthusiast toy in the sense that it is a c segment sedan made for normal everyday drive.. while yes civic type r you can say is an enthusiasts toy..if a daily runner civic can be a hobbiest car then yaris/city also can be the same as purpose is pretty much the same that is being a day to day driver and to be reliable.. now lets see how this civic fares after this price tag as tbh its really ridiculous for a civic not gonna lie..it is what it is! Condition of pakistan auto market is pretty bleak nowadays.

Brother what we are unable to digest is our currency depreciation is reason for this. All car prices from Alto to Land Cruser increased, USD jumped from 180 to 240+ (33% since Mid-April) and still no clue if it will still stop here or not. Its not only Civic but every vehicle from suzuki Alto to Land Cruser, thats the reason prices increased 30% and more. no matter local assembled or imported. Its not only Civic but every Car.

Sorry, but I diasgree. It's all about perspective. Anyone driving a Alto/City/Yaris/Swift will surely see Civic & Altis as hobby cars. Like you said a car can only take you from Point A to B & basic car is enough for that. A type R just happens to fall on the extreme end of that C-segment hobby cars spectrum.

A kanal house which is worth 5 cr if being marketed for 15 cr and someone actually buys it, that my friend only a person with black money can buy.
What i don't understand is why are you defending the vehicle so much? I own cars from all big mafias as well. I never do that. I tell people their cons happily so it's easier for people to decide.
You know civic is only and only a city toy that's all, i don't recommend buying it at this price and even if you want one you can get a higher segment sedan than this.
When people like you will keep defending, honda will never lower their profit margin.

Well i may took it wrong.. leave that. There is no upper segment sedan available. Sonata is D segment Xli and thats just not an option . Awam has no option plus Honda toyota cars are safe in terms of future switching. If buyers wanna wait they can defeat premium but that’s their call. So far every one paying premium ended up being lucky. All cars are expensive so nothing is cheaper now. X7 is now 79 as well and so is tiggo8

Anybody who has installed RS headlamps in Oriel and how do they look. Any mods required in the body?

No mods needed but cost is so high i doubt anyone tried yet

I did see one black oriel with rs headlights

Aternatively you can make the cover of the headlights darker and change the crappy halogen bulbs to much better led ones, and it will give it the same look and you will save atleast 160k+

I have been in touch with Honda Ring Road to get this done - Headlights are available but they do not have the grips yet. I also contacted Megamotors and they also informed that grips aren't available yet.

Any chance of an exchange (stock lights) to reduce the price which no doubt is exorbitant
