Personally if I had an oriel i would just spend 20k and get BI led or if budget was short AUX led , those will improve night vision drastically , great value for money addon for Oriels

With these prices , I have decided I wouldn't be buying any new car anytime soon , will keep my current ones maintained and up to spec, my appreciation for my 2017 civic X has gone up soo much which I bought in 32 lacs now that picanto is 32 lol

bhai yaha kisi ko yeh baat smjh ni ane bus honda company ko galiaan do unless they pack their bags and run away too ... now people are saying 6m price is justified next year when it will be 10m plus ..people will say 8m is justified .. People dont understand what our economy is going through .. reason other cars are little below civic are they have some kind of inferiority i.e old generation , model suspended globally or tax rebate from our government for new entrants

After going through price debate in last few days, here is my cent

. Picanto 32
Yaris 45
Grande 61
Oriel 75
RS 81

Unfortunately all cars have increased cost mainly due to import restrictions, increased LC charges and CKD delivery issues . The increase in prices is enforced by Govt to kuru outflow of USD .

Now the real issue is that no company has benn able to localise significant number of parts. This is the main issue that must be tackled by government . Only localisation will ensure that devaluation is not direct passed .

The localization in the coming years is going to decrease in case of big 3 as no of units sold of a single model are going to decrease because of new entrants and because of unit economics and advanced technology most of the parts will be imported. Engine and Transmission which may have localised if only Big three were there but now no Chance this was said by Chairman EDB

I do not see any reason why you are advertising such ads in this forum? Any one can ask even 1.2 crore in search listings. A genuine buyer will not see/calculate the Price from Search Results but will visit market/Honda Dealership near him. Please avoid such. Investors are more update than me/you because they mostly deal through authorized dealerships sharing margin with them.

Oshan X7 or Sonata 2.5 - I've driven all three cars (X7, Sonata and RS) and my favourite among them is X7. It has all the features, very comfortable seats and extremely powerful engine so its very fast.

Well said bro. I am in the same boat. I cancelled my Civic RS booking today. EDD was April 2023. I am so very satisfied with my Corolla X SE 2021 which I bought last year for 37lacs. I also bought Suzuki Alto vxr zero meter from a friend for 21.40 today as a daily driver car. Will probably drive Corolla on weekends. Honestly I am relieved.

I think car companies will be more tense then the consumer as they of all know better abt the product and consumer pocket with such insane pricing it’s out of reach for majority of buyers and in coming months we will see the impact on resale I think gone are the days of premiums, so far big 3 they have to come up with different game plan they are already working on CSUV, atlas might have to work on strip down version of civic though it already is stripped but they may have to introduce something little economical

Yes companies are worried since usd appreciation has left all in trouble be it company or the consumer. Allah keray we attain some stability since so far we have no clear path
