One option is to stop the vehicle for 10~15 min. Other option is to install external CVT fluid cooler.
For temperature monitoring, you have use some obd2 device which can read CVTF temp. Not all of them are able to read it.

If you drive mostly in city or on motorway with in limits, you don't have to worry. The temperatures raise to alarming levels on hilly areas or when you driving aggressively.

Thanks for sharing these tips for the manual owners. This reminded me of engine braking with CVTs. Many people complain about poor engine braking with CVTs. I bought first CVT vehicle last year and I experienced the same so far. Initially I never understood why the engine braking is weak in D mode. Yes very few can read as Honda has some proprietary values...universals fail on those. I m using lufi xs.. wonderful device. Looks cool and very useful

See the temperature... 34c is not a temperature to check 0-100.. and we are not sure how many runs were done already.

People who kept 11th at toes never kept 10th actually ... and have no idea how it works wrt to temp... this video is an eye opener who thinks X always does under 8.

Barh jata hai.. since cars are now smart enough to save internals.... The cooler the weather, the better the turbo will perform.

its due to the air density ..in hot weather every internal combustion engine powered car will have slight decreased performance especially turbocharged ones..What matters here is that cold air is denser than hot air. That means that in the summer, your intake receives less concentrated levels of oxygen than in the winter, causing the engine to lose horsepower trying to make up the difference.

Limp mode is a real issue and Hyundai has been dealing with cars that have it, although havent issued a recall which is bad. But personally havent experienced any issue in our 62k driven Sonata by now.
Furthermore, actual Sonata owners arent going out of their way to justify their purchase and are content with their choice. They understand the shortcomings of their vehicle and also know that RS is a somewhat fine option but doesnt fit their requirements.

I agree and actually, I won't call build quality issues real as well. The reason is unless someone puts fingers ingaps and damages it cabin lights don't rattle (civic) , and so is steering in Sonata. these videos are all ridiculous. Limp issue is there and no issue exists in all cars, but Hyundai has not even agreed to it as an issue and that's wrong but other than that, all is pretty much fine.

Most people just saw a review and start bashing a product and this is outright wrong. only the owner of the vehicle can comment if something is good bad or unacceptable. In the same price window, most people decide per their choice but nowadays, for likes and views shugal laga rehta.
