Its even safe at 23 on stock internals. The best practice is to take advantage of the 3 maps u can store.

Dragy time are 9.2s , 7.5s and 7s respectively without brake boost. U need to keep and eye on temps only else ecu will cut power. Generally outside temps over 40, no point in pushing as a standard practice as even stock has lots of punch.
Ideal temps are under 28c for multiple runs and drags.
On 21 psi runs, after 3-4 runs in current Lahore temp, cvt remains at 103,104c which is well in safe range... ur 11th civic ecu is very smart and bogging down power. When u get intercooler upgrade, set even 27 lol, u will get more runs. Cvt enemy is temp and nrake boosting only. That's the reason installed obd meter as it gives me complete visibility on internals. Simple point is keep third tune to 21 and u can enjoy whenever its safe to enjoy. Afterall no one drags daily.
Your airfilter is key to proper results and so is fuel. Put around 4 liters ethanol and the best time so far for me was 6.82s..
