There are a lot of features missing in Elantra Hybrid. It has no panoramic or 360 degree. It doesn't even have rear speakers or rear arm rest. Though looks are subjective but I find Elantra an ugly car, both in interior and exterior. Too much lines and cuts and angles. Zero stance.
As for MG PHEV and Jolion HEV, they both are good cars but don't have the driving dynamics (aka driving feel) which RS has. Hondas typically communicate to the driver via quick predictable steering response and planted handling which its competitors do not give in the same price range. Which is why people like us buy them.
Chinese cars by and large have dead steering, i.e. no steering response. The steering feels disconnected from the road. There is little to no feedback from steering in them which RS has. Any one who claims otherwise is straight up lying by either justifying his own purchase or simply repeating what he has heard from others.
As for acceleration, both HEVs, PHEVs are quicker 0-100. No debate about it, however, they are not fast after 100. 11th gen RS really shines after 80 specially the way it picks up after 80. For example, H6 HEV doesn't even go beyond 182-ish.
Also, you can go to Haval dealership and test drive H6 and Jolion and see it for yourself. No steering or road feel aka dead steering. I am not saying those are bad cars, its just that they are designed that way.
