So prices seem fine but one thing which i want to knw is there Power windows/ABS in XLi or GLi only?

Other than safety features and theft deterrence which we lack from IMC; Looks like the Altis 1.8 has same engine which a NA corolla has that is 2ZR-FE. or 2ZR-FAE with same new CVTI. The curb weight of US corolla varies from 2800lbs (1270Kg ) to 2875lbs (1304Kg) while IMC Altis weight is 1275Kg. So the same engine is pulling heavier vehicle with same engine and almost same HP's. Anyways some technical points which I grabbed from Toyota about the new CVTI and the displacement for reading which I believe will be almost same all across globe for 1.8L trim levels. last para talks about the paddle shifters.
(which I haven't used in my car since 2007 with DSG transmission and I am sure many people will not use it either once its in their car)

Let's the model come out and will draft something but the problem we need a neutral govt or independent most accurately agency for looking into saefty parameters not only for Cars but every other thing which has wheels and it comes on roads. NHTSA in US even has regulation for a 2 wheel small trailer which I can pull behind my hatchback. the manufacturer will not provide adequate saefty features untill they are forced to do so. the last generation of corolla like between 2006 to 2010 something if I am right lacked side impact beams as well curtain air bags resulting in poor NHTSA ranking. Everything including MPG goes on sales sticker as per law.. people when see lower crash rating they think twice. Toyota worked and implemented the missing saefty requirement and got their ranking up for 2011 12 models.. 2014 has 8 air bags standard all across trims. So we will be crying but nothing will happen untill an independent agency comes into play and Pakistani automobile market is very small and very much controlled by three brands like a cartels. buyer has no options.. and manufacturer is not Taking it serious at all. Anyways I will write something about it..

Car looks beautiful and really gorgeous
But the main credit goes to the guys who actually captured such nice shots
And it's really funny that they have written an essay on the back of the car haha haha
Which is not the case now
We only will have GRANDE written on left and 1.8 CVTi on right and yes obviously toyota and corolla altis on left n right respectively
The interior is looking bad and cheap and ruining the grace of exterior
That's really sad

Any one I know in my family & friends is BOYCOTTING Corolla for lack of global safety features & an immobilizer! Shame on Toyota Pakistan. Shame on you.

The Immobilizer if ever provided by IMC should have a multi stage deterrence. That is both Key receiving module and the ECU must be mated with the specially programmed key at least. As otherwise it may make Corolla an easy lift again. But as IMC is not offering it so it will be all french to them right now.

It cant be Jan 2015. Not every body can buy altis. What if a person needs or has a budget of GLi and there is no GLi production by IMC from July till December 2014 (New or Old shape). IMC cannot keep market without GLi or XLi for such a long period.

Well Xli auto and Gli auto 1.3 will be hot cakes.Altis or Altis Grande will be a total loss.I am having the 2010 version altis top of the line and this variant gives a loss of about 2-3 lac.So i am no way near Altis, Xli or Gli all the way
