Few days back i observed that the speed on speedometer app of my head-unit is different than the speed on the cCars analog meter Cruise was set at 90km/h but app was showing 83km/l tyre size is stock 195/65/15 why is that so ?

GPS speed is always lesser than the actual speed by upto 10kph.
