Why Toyota removed ECT button from 1.6 AT? I do not know if it is present in 1.3?

It was a feature of ect and ect-i transmissions. the super ect and cvt-i have driver adaptive shift logic. these transmissions handle the function seamlessly.

It works without key. No need of having key. It is a two way communication RFID Security System having feature of true Hand free keyless with a push and/or remote start.

looks great (Y) but how does the steering unlock without key? and does it kill the ecu if some one attempts to tamper with rfid or not? and how many bit encryption for the rfid? sorry for a post full of questions but am really interested in getting this.

The ignition System is totally bypassed,if you put the key in ignition system and try to start the engine then nothing will happen however i inserted a key and cut off its head to permanently unlock the steering. It kills the fuel system if someone attempts to tamper,try to cut any wire, try to remove this system or try to break this system, meanwhile during this tempering process your two way communication remote keep bugging you with sound and it has a range of 500 meter. I personally checked it with 200 meter on a straight road.

Dear all, I am a bit confused between 1.8 L Altis CVTI and 1.8 L Altis Grande (non-CVTI) as the price of both is same. Can any one quote here the difference between the two? Does 1.8 L Altis CVTI come with Auto transmission. JazakAllaah Khair in advance.

And also why Indus has reduced the delivery time for Grande to just 30-40 days ?

@AsifAslam : dropped the car at Toyota Central today after "EFU" Surveyed it, replacement not required they will repaint it. LETS SEE how efficient is the result of Toyota Central.

Will get he car day after tomorrow. Will share the results.

checked with two toyota dealers in Lahore today. GLI 1.3 "Manual & Auto" delivery timings are around 4-5 months and the ON is still 150k. Plus not even a tiny change is coming anytime soon they say.

Profit they are earning is huge Today was the first working day of KSE after announcement of federal budget. Look at the performance of IMC in Karachi Stock Exchange after announcement of federal budget. 24 rupees raise in one day for a single share of this company and they announced 200% Dividend / Bonus to its share holders last month

Alhumdulilah ! Got my Grande today....Finally :)..It was booked in April. Just installed Original Air Press and Color Matching Mud Guards. InshAllah will make a thread soon and will discuss in detail about my personnel experience about Grande.
