Aoa guys
I bought a GLI MT back in September after going through the awesome discussion on this forum. I am facing a strange issue in my car, i floored the brakes of my car at a speed of 20km/hr due to a kid that suddenly came in front in a street. The tires skidded for a few inches(the kid unharmed), but after that the car started wobbling and swaying. I went to the dealer to get it checked as car is only 5000 km driven. The mechanics there checked and couldn't identify the problem, they performed balancing and alignment but still the problem is there. In the end they declared its normal and has no issue, but the problem is still there.The car wobbles and sometimes it feels as if the car has passed over a stone. I changed the tires to yoko advan db right after delivery. Guys kindly help me in this as this problem is really annoying.

probably some suspension connector slipped. get it re check thoroughly.

Change the dealership. I have worst experience with toyota guys they dont even bother to accpet the fault . Lodge complaint against that ******** dealership that they are not accepting the fault. I know these toyots guys dont accept it if they dont know what to do

I will get it checked by some other dealer but wanted to confirm is the warranty covered by only the dealer from whom i got delivery or any dealer can cover it?

Any dealer can cover it. Its sure. If they said to u go to that dealership from where u bought the car. Just tell them this is near my work place or.like that. But keep in view u must lodge complaint against this. Danda milay ga tu yeh log kaam karain ***

I took one on test drive and he also observed the problem he then performed wheel balancing and told if the problem persists come again as their senior mechanic is not present today. I went after two days and the senior mechanics took test drive and said there is not any problem.

Take your car to another dealer for a second opinion and don't say that you been elsewhere first.

Also did you change the tyre size or rim from factory specifications?

Drove my Altis 1.6 today for about 83 KMs, which included city (13 KMs) and highway (70 KMs) driving. The average speed within city was 40-60 KM/hour and on highway was in between 100-110 KM/hour mark and got an average of 11.2 KM/litre. Alhumdulillaah, the average is improving as the car is adding more miles on its ODO, as it has merely run 473 KMs only.

Not 100% sure but this is a base for placing any cup/drink in the holder. It will keep the level of the cup/glass above to some extent so that it can be lifted easily.

It does seem to serve the purpose of lifting the glass a bit up. Thank you for the help.
