Holder are two, but the lift comes in one only.

Query: My 2015 Gli Auto makes knocking sound when i accelerate.
It makes the sound every time i step on the accelerator, be it 1rmp or 3.
It does it for a few seconds and not more.
I thought it would go away after 10k checkup but no its still there.

What might be the issue?

Bad fuel might be the case.
Have you tried re-fuelling your ride from different fuel stations?

this happened with my Gli M/T , after getting it done from Toyota 3S worked well they got the injectors clean and other tune-up service. .

PLus when getting it fueled make sure to get it Hi-Octane only, getting a better fuel on a new car gives it a healthy life ahead.

As mentioned above, make sure you are getting a quality fuel.

My Altis 1.6 also came with one of such thing. Who will buy one for the other cup holder if IMC begins providing two with each Corolla :)?

On motorway (first trip) Grande's RPM with CVT in action at around 180 km/h - actually it is very difficult to maintain the RPM at this speed as slight braking or acceleration has significant changes due to CVT. And of course it is difficult to maintain this high speed as well.

Floored and went upto 205 - pic could be taken at the following speed (posted as someone on the forum said grande does not go over 190 easily - in my case had no problems, and could even go further if road and traffic permitted).

How was the stability and control at that speed
And look at the fuel economy even at that speeds that instantaneous meter

Ji Mubeen bhai, speed and control was perfectly fine - did not feel anything abnormal
And yes, the fuel economy was not at all bad at high speeds even - though the RPM is on the higher end as when you floor, the CVT kicks the transmission to the lowest gear ratio for maximum acceleration.

That is seriously impressive! At the same or slightly above RPM my Gli or most other manual cars would be doing around 120. Congrats on your ride!

This picture is exactly what I achieved on motorway. Beyond this it was taking time which traffic did not allow.

@itsgumbys Well I managed 205 km/h (and had to brake due to traffic eventually) but was not able to take a picture at that particular speed keeping an eye on the road - I still believe this is decent for an 1800 cc PKDM and anything beyond this speed with this sort of car may take a slight bit of time. Would need a good straight empty patch of road to corroborate though, probably some other time on M2

Please don't drive at such insane speeds..whatever the reason.
150 kmph is more than enough.

guys i must say that we all know that powerful engine will take you around 200 or more but please dont advertise it as lots of people might try it to show to their friends and family.

if i remember correctly, an accident around year 2000 happened at margalla road near e-8 where person was son of fomous bakery chain and he was trying to take picture in Vti at 180km and died on spot.

My request to all members is not to post videos of high speed videos and pics as someone might try it to prove the point.
