When I went to the 3S dealer for first free inspection of my Altis 1.6, I discussed the issue of car's front passenger seat vibrating at speeds over 120 KM/hr. Their mechanic test drove my car, and recommended wheel balancing. They asked me to pay for wheel balancing as it wasn't offered free with 1000 KM inspection. I politely asked to see their service manager, and he also replied the same. I then asked him to show me in writing that wheel balancing wasn't part of 1st free inspection, or alternatively, to provide me the same in writing, so that I could take up the matter with IMC. Hearing this, he agreed on providing wheel balancing for free. The customer should know his rights in order to deal with these stealerships tactfully.

Well today went for a 20,000 km service of Corolla to Toyota Central Motors Shahra-e-Faisal.And it went all well but when i returned home i was in a confused state.Becoz i was not given the old air filter and old ac cabin filter which they must do.To my surprise when i opened the Air filter box and old air filter was lying inside and when i opened up the AC cabin filter and that was full of dust resting in its place.So today i got lesson never ever leave your car to these ripping bast**ds.My father is GM of a company and all our cars go to Toyota Central Motors Shahrae-Faisal.around 17 Vehicles including Prado,LC,Vigo,Corolla and many more.So from tomorrow am gonna Sue them and we are closing our contract to TCM Shahrai Faisal.Even they charged the money for Air filter and Cabin AC Filter.

Gear oil change at 20,000km? When did this start happening.. Lol

Well i went to 3S today and i asked them to see how is the condition of Air filter and AC Air filter when they opened both and the Technical Advisor also got shocked and apologized to me and said his Service Advisor to bring new things and i said dont need them anymore now thanks for your so called Service.And give me the new bill excluding both things.I will get them installed myself.So they did what i said to them and now the Bill is 18,820 Rs excluding those things and bumper clip also which they added in hawaii system(phudoo khataa) sorry for my language.

Our company today changed the policy new policy is with every car which will go for service one company representative will accompany that vehicle verify all things.Will check each and every thing.Take pictures while they do the things and then will get to my father.Father will inspect and Payment will be done.

To be honest, I haven't been able to drive my Altis 1.6 on highways after getting wheel balancing done, as speeds above 120 KM/hr can only be achieved there. I will surely test it soon to see if it solves the problem, else changing Euro star tires would be the next plausible solution.

I think you must be penalizing them to give those thing free of cost, this is white collar robbery or intentional negligence its a criminal offence and you can complain to police as well.

Well today topped up fuel tank to brim after driving of 102km in Karachi and tank got full in 6 liters.So this means i got fuel avg of 17km/l with driving in Malir Cantt and some drive on Shahra-i-Faisal with 60% AC.This all happened after the 20k Service.

Corolla Gli 2014.20k driven.This time i used Toyota Taglon 5W-50.I must say now the noise has decreased alot before i was using Zic 0W30.I was getting slight vibration from Engine over high revs.Now it is reduced.
