Aslam o Alikum

I am looking for 12V rectifier/Battery charger of any Honda 200cc or above. Where can I find it.
It must have minimum 5 wires ( 2 yellow, green, black and red).

Please help me. I need rectifier for honda 200. I need Japanese 5 wired rectifier.
