145 80 R13 Tyre (Prf. Bridgestone)

Hey,

I need to change tires of my car which uses 145 80 R13 tires. I am considering Bridgestone. Can anyone guide me to any shop which keeps legitimate and newly manufactured tires, and maybe of different brands too like Bridgestone, Dunlop etc ?

What about Euro star and Euro Tycoon by General Tyres ? Are they any good ?

you are not a law enforcement agency to verify legitimacy of products, neither GOP is going to award you a medal or certificate for buying legally imported item.

whatever you choose check for date / year of manufacturing and cross refer shops for prices. Buy for a bargain.

its over 18000 km for 145 80R13 General Eurostar tyres in my 1979 Corolla, running perfect, no loss of air pressure even if vehicle is parked for 2 - 3 weeks straight.
got 4 for Rs. 24000 - approx 3 years ago .

Yeah I am not, but saw videos where they say the smuggled tires have somewhat reduced integrity by putting them between tires.

I am also thinking for general tyres after a bit of searching, due to their certain qualities as per our road conditions and BTW they are still around same price.

I only point I was considering that a softer tyre maybe bridgestone or dunlop would offer a slightly better braking performance (Am I right in it ?) But they do puncture frequently also as per our road conditions

It all depends on the budget. how much you want to spend and how much you enjoy the drive if you are a car enthusiast.

now a days, chinese brands are very famous because of the main factor Price and range of brands as compared to the local "General" and the "brands like Bridgstone etc etc.

You can choose, Wenda, Windforce, triangle, double horse. they have been very famous currently as they are good in price and have good market report. lots of other cheaper chinese brands also available even sold as Irani tires.

so if u have budget, go for bridgstone or dunlop, if budget is limited then go for General or any chinese.
