I had to do some work in top end of Piaggio as it was emitting white smoke.
I checked 150cc united road prince cylinder piston against Piaggio. The cylinder is way to light way way to light weight. And seemed to be made of third class aluminum. Just like the Chinese aluminum used in cheap Chinese pc heatsink compared to branded genuine ones.
Now coming to the dimensions it was 1mm taller then Piaggio cylinder if ousted visible length is measured.
Bore was 61.2mm..
Outer Dia of cylinder was 1. 5 mm smaller then the inner Dia of Piaggio crankcase so no crankcase bore needed.
But the piston pin wrist was 15mm. Piaggio is smaller at 14mm..
Only if 61.2 or an mm above piston in Piaggio shape ( that is flat top or very slightly doomed shape with valve relief) and wrist pin and Same piston height measuring from the top corner of wrist pin to piston top is available then it's installation is possible in Piaggio..
With a customizatied head gasket compression ratio of 9-11 is potable doable.

Also I checked wego piston it Ws 62mm but with 15 mm wrist pin. This was windowed piston like used in kawasaki max 100 piston used in cHondaz alterations. And was short height and very light weight and good quality. Also almost 60-70% of it was slightly doomed shape from center..
It might give much higher rpm..
