and BTW it might look a bit disproportional ... cuz i really didnt know i was gonna draw this...

i drew a piston...i was tryin to design a really light weight one.....but then drew the cylinder,,,,then the head...and soo on....

u can see ... first i was gonna make it single cylinder....the piston on the left has a significantly larger gap from the rest... =)

It's the Bandag Bullet. I posted it a while ago in the videos section. 2200-2800 BHP, 5600 Lb-ft of torque, 2 Detroit Diesel 2 stroke Diesel engines, 2 superchargers, 4 turbos in total. This thing does the standing kilometre in 18 seconds.

an engine as this one probably would just blow up....wasting a few million $....everything will have to be engineered to the mircrometer....keeping everything in mindd...like how much the different metals will expand.... I dnt think its possible .... not by one person or even a few

i was trying to design an extremely high revving, efficient engine....like i mean getting more power from the same displacement....yea...its more like a v16 track bike engine

^^^ Yeah who is gonna buy it? You don't just draw an engine in your house and start sayin Oh we can build this and that... Check out GM's lab.. see how much testing goes on for just one engine... lol

I know because I have been to one and my professor worked for GM for 27 years!!!

if u build a lighter engine with lighter internals, better balanced crank, con-rds...everything....ofcourse ur gonna have a significantly more efficient engine.... Its not testing on paper....its theoretical, physics...eh??

how about i just keep redesigning stuff...until i come up with some new system/format....or a new type of intake/exhaust ports, replacing engine valves... same thing like when honda came up with the oval pistoned 750cc engine...which costed $80k just to build

I already got a few internal combustion motors....designed....like completely different concepts/systems (no pistons) but ...there always tuned out to be a problem sumwhere in them....ill post em when i design a proper one....the one's right now are just basically nothing

Forget 20 mins in english class. Even if you spend 20 months in your house designing an engine, you can't test it for it's efficiency.

And No designer in this world designs an engine in 20 mins and talks about its "efficiency"

but you cant have better balanced balanced crank on a paper.. can you? thats why I said a lot of testing goes on for this purpose.

yup, No offence to you too.. but read carefully ... I didn't say I'm right because my professor worked for Gm for 27 years. I said I have been to one of the GM's lab. There is one in my college where we get all the latest designs for engines - GM, Chrysler, Ford, Toyota, Valvo and many more.
