After the paint job, work on seats started and are now repaired and painted . Overall seats were in good condition except for some pipes on the base which were hammered in the past. Safdar repaired the seats and then were transferred to Zaheer ustad for seat cover installation. I decided to go with Red interior and bought both seat covers and door cards from TMI.

All door rubbers, deck lid rubbers and fender beading's etc are installed along with dashboard grill & block off plate . Finally its looking like a car

Sound deadening of roof was done by applying Qucikroof (Alternate of Dynamat) and Headliner was installed ....

Brand New Engine Tar board was installed and engine mounted. Rear axle wheel bearings along with brand new seals were installed. Rear Brakes are done using new brake shoes and spring kits and wheel cylinders. Hand brake cables were installed along brand new brake drums . Now car has a working hand brake
Engine was mounted and all brakes completed, New Master cylinder was installed along with brand new brake lines.

Both doors are complete now and all door components including rubbers, moldings, door handles and mechanisms are installed. We can now lock the car.
Bumpers were in very bad condition so i ordered new one and till they arrive i decided to cover the old ones with truck art so that car is safe from possible hitting. Wiring was started and all front and rear blinkers along with headlights and dome light are installed.
Started applying Quickroof all over the floor, inside doors, inside quarter panels and on the cargo shelf for sound deadening and stopping vibrations and car is now so so quiet now despite the fact that engine sound is high because tappets are not properly tight. Installed the original Automatic Alternator as the one installed was not mine, changed the pulley as well with a brand new German one.

Thanks Car is actually ready and me and my brother are driving. All carpets and floor rubber mats are installed and door cards installed as well. Wasnt able to take pcitures, will share after i wash it .
