Primer was sprayed and now car will again be sanded before final coat of paint. I asked painter to make small amount of paint from the color code i gave him for testing purpose and dammm i am in love with Diamond Green ( I test applied it on my water cooler :D).
wont he primer the engine bay area?
i stopped him from doing so because i want to apply POR15 first. That will be done in a day or two and then we will apply primer over it to save it from rust in future.

No its an engine lid bracket and hinge mating, its connected via screws. Its a bit dirty right now as we have to clean it before spraying this area with POR15.

Its been quite some some that i have not posted any updates thats because i was busy with engine work and rest of the paint job. Finally all paint work and engine work is complete now and car is finally in its final assembly stage.
First leme come to engine, as this car origionally had a 1200cc 40hp engine with matching transmission so i always wanted to make it as per company specs and started looking for a 1200 engine case which i can build and finally found with a mechanic. Its a D1 series economy model 1200cc 40 hp engine case which was a complete standard size engine. I bought brand new Piston and Rings and all other brand new stuff like oil pump, Bosch distributor, Solex 28 PICT-2 Carburetor, New Coil, NOS tail pipes and NOS exaust (muffler), New Bosch spark plugs and new distributor cables etc from UK and assembled the engine. It turned out great, here are some pictures.
Now final body filling was done and car was sprayed in a Paint booth and result came out great MashAllah This color is Killer !!!
Car was wet sanded and final coat was sprayed in proper paint booth to avoid spotting in paints. 3 coats of clear coat was sprayed and results came out great.
