We're still taking things nice and slow, Faraz.
The important thing is to bring the vehicle on road, and right in all mechanical aspects, and in its stance etc. The rest of the stuff is going to be slow, and unhurried.
The engine bay, for example. I'd like to give a true makeover to the engine and its parts. Most of it has been chromed (which, admittedly, doesn't show up real nice in the pictures, just yet), but it could do with some individual care and attention. An engine steam wash, perhaps...to remove the grime and dust...followed by some individual care to the chromed bits with some chrome polish and a microfiber. I want to also coat the insides of the engine bay with a nice, heat-resistant aluminium-foil based namda. This should keep it nice and clean looking, whilst serving a utilitarian purpose, too. Perhaps, somewhere along the line, one of those nice and bright chromed air filters, too.
The windows are going to need a spot of buffing, too...so as to lessen some of the scratch marks that have been gouged into the glass over the years. We'll redo the black tints after that, of course.
The trunk, the sound system, the chrome fittings, the tyres, the spit and polish to the interior...so much to do!
