Our dear jamshed bond could not even restore the world reknown SUZUKI MEHRAN. or should i rephrase it as MEHRBAN. Quite frankly nor could i. I cannot get myself to trust any mechanic , dentor or any after sales provider due to my bad experiences.... I happen to own a mehran 2010 vxr . I bet with fauaad sbs skill and experience he could rebuild an older model 90s mehran and put the 2013 model to shame...
I am thankful to Pakwheels for all the info i got from it and the new connections i made including Fuaad sb. Things look quite positive... I might even consider going for a project myself. Islamabad , pindi and Lahore has produced commendable restorations however I have yet to connect with such passionate people in Karachi as well. lastly before i embark upon any project I would require connections with honest reliable suppliers , workshops , experienced restorers.
If i were to choose a livelihood, i would have studied automotive engineering , setup my my own workshop and restored cars. Now thats what i call earning and passion combined....however this field also has a lot of double standards and cheating involved...not very comfortable with that...Honesty is the only policy.... (oops taking the thread elsewhere)
Fawad sb i have some questions regarding my charade and would be grateful if you can provide your opinion..
