in a nutshell, yes the throw of the crank is proportional to the stroke. see the table below for refference

for the "performance" fans the 69 crank should be fine but there are a handful of nutcases who will not be happy with anything less than the 82 crank,.. but for that the engine casing will need allot of work first to make it fit and be able to move around freely.

I guess @Storm would be able to help here, correct me if any of the following numbers is wrong:

1200cc - Stock Piston Diameter 77mm with 64mm crank
1300cc - Stock Piston Diameter 77mm with 69mm crank
1500cc - Stock Piston Diameter 83mm with 69mm crank
1600cc - Stock Piston Diameter 85.45mm with 69mm crank

I need to confirm this info in order to share it with the Khan Engineering/LHR in case they are able to help us with the pistons/rings.
