Hello,
Your location says Karachi, but I guess you are in Isb or Lhr??
I never got any response from you for the emails I sent in reply to yours......
This bug you have is not a 1967 but 66 and an early 66. The denter you have chosen for this job must be supervised very closely as he seems not to be a VW specialist.
Some comments which must be taken as constructive criticism please:
The headlamp attaching plates welded into the bowls in the front fenders are not original. If you can post close ups of the lights taken off maybe we can guide you a bit better.
The jack mounting points are fabricated items. VWs came with such points at the rear only.
All that said, this is indeed a bug in very good shape. Please do what you know to do and seek advice at each step. I must tell you that window rubbers are not available at the moment. You must save the ones that came off the car. In fact, save each nut n bolt which comes off this car. Parts are hard to find now. Save everything.
You should have given some thought, researched parts availability and ideally collected the essential bits *before* taking the head first plunge into this project.
Shall be glad to guide you if you are a good listener and follower.
Best of luck.
