yes it will take some time but if you want things to be done good then you have to get you hands dirty as well keep you fabricator & painter on there toes. Do your own research just don't follow what they say. I am doing same project almost done with it but i had to go through so much just to get it to the point where it is now.
First of all get you car striped & try to save the same thing like vent pipes dashboard at you home so it does not get lost in the work shop because these small things are very hard to fin & expensive as well. Get take out all four door, front fenders hood, Trunk, Dashboard, carpet,Engine, shocks, Differential, fuel tank, Front windshield & rear glass as well.
Your fabricator might say that there is no need of taking off all of these thing i will do this & that " Main ustadon ka ustad hon" but do what is good for you as you are the one spending money on it not him. Always try to use new pieces in stead of working with the old ones & don't use the locally made try to get the original ones if you are not able to get the original ones then buy those Taiwanese. Once the rust has been taken care of then you can think about other things like engine wiring color interior. SO keep it step by step.
